Behind the Tour

A Cook’s Tour is the lock-down brainchild of prestigious London caterer Rocket. With the usual exuberant parties on pause, we initially scrambled all our resources and did our bit: cooking 25,000 meals for key workers at the NHS Royal Marsden hospitals in London.

And now we’ve embarked on a new project to bring a little adventure back at a time when we all need it. We’re drawing back the curtain on fine food and entertaining, with hosts Ryan and Charlie guiding you on a foodie adventure to lands near and far, exploring the culinary hot-spots of the world without even needing to leave your home. It’s A Cook’s Tour for food lovers and thrill seekers – we’d love for you to join us on it.

About your Hosts

Ryan is an award-winning chef from Manchester who has dedicated his life to perfecting his craft. Trained by the world-renowned Cordon Bleu, Ryan has accumulated 18 years of professional experience across the globe, cooking in London’s finest restaurants as well as for a myriad of celebrities, members of royal families and leading political figures. A MasterChef – The Professionals semi-finalist, and former Young Chef of The Year, Ryan is now Executive Head Chef at Rocket.

Charlie is a Director at Rocket and has over 20 years of experience of planning the most glamourous parties. From Royal receptions to grand opening nights, Charlie is one of the most sought-after event planners in the industry. His passion for food and natural curiosity makes him the perfect co-host for A Cook’s Tour.
